Contributions to the PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. Contributions to the PAC will be used to support federal political candidates and committees. Contributions to the PAC are strictly voluntary, and you may refuse to contribute without fear of reprisal. Recommended contribution amounts are merely suggestions; you are free to contribute less or more (up to $5,000 per calendar year) and will not benefit or be disadvantaged by the amount of your contribution or your decision not to contribute. Federal law requires that the PAC use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, employer and occupation of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. You must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident Alien, (i.e., Green Card holder residing in the U.S.) in order to contribute to the PAC.
